Timesheets and Payroll

TPA offers its candidates a variety of payroll options and services. Timesheets can be sent to us by fax or by using our on-line timesheeting system. We also offer our candidates a Self Service option where payslips can be viewed on-line.

TESSA (Timesheet Entry Self Service Access).

Vedior Asia Pacific's e-timesheeting system lets you fill in timesheets and have them approved over the internet, without having to send us a fax! If you would like to use e-timesheeting, contact your Vedior Asia Pacific consultant.

A Quick Overview of How TESSA Works

As a contractor/candidate you can log in at any time and start adding time to your timesheet, save the timesheet and return to compete and submit your timesheet at a later date. Once you've submitted the timesheet for the appropriate week ending date, any authorisers that are attached to your booking will get an email notification letting them know there is a timesheet waiting fro them to approve. The authoriser then logs into TESSA and can see any submitted timesheets on their home page waiting for their approval.

Once your timesheet has been approved by your authoriser you will receive an email confirmation that it has been approved. You can opt to receive other notifications by going to the Configuration - Alerts section when logged into TESSA.

Answers to some common questions about TESSA

I get an Invalid username or password! message when trying to login to TESSA:

  • You have entered either an incorrect username or password. Your username and password would have been issued to you upon your activation by your consultant. Please contact your consultant to find out your username and they can reset your password.
  • Alternatively, if you know your username and forgot your password, you can click on the "Forgot your password??" link at the TESSA login page and you will be emailed a new password.

I am not receiving any email alerts

  • If you are using an email address at an organisation that you are working for a common reason is that many organisations do not allow external email to be delivered to temporary staff, so our timesheet messages cannot get through. In this case, you may be able to use an external email address instead.
  • A second common reason for email not being delivered is that your Hotmail, Yahoo or other free email account is full up, or you haven't logged in for a while and they've blocked the account.

I can't total the timesheet - the hours always add up to zero Or A red asterisk (*) appears when I enter the hours in the timesheet

  • E-timesheets are expressed in 24-hour time and you are possibly entering your hours in 12-hour time. Check that you're entering 24-hour time and that you are entering the hours in the specified format (.i.e. 09:00)

Printable Timesheet

A blank timesheet is available (in Microsoft Word format) or you can use the PDF version. Once the timesheet appears in your browser, select 'Print' from the 'File' menu, fill it in and fax it to the Select fax gateway, 1300 132 342 by 1pm on Friday.

Employee Self Service

Employee Self Service (Payslips) is now available for all TPA Employees to view their payslips online. Enter Self Service.
